We deliver across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. No matter where you are in the UAE, The Baba Zone gets your order to your door.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and the product. Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi typically see the fastest delivery times. You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Keep an eye out for free-shipping promotions — and don't forget to apply BABAZONE20 for 20% off your order total.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps and confirm once your return is approved.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes — if you'd prefer a different size, color, or product altogether, let us know when you reach out and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if that happens! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and we'll cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out right away and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to redirect it, so please double-check your address at checkout.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to modify its contents. If you'd like to add something, you're welcome to place a new order — and if you need to remove an item, contact us before it ships and we'll see what we can do.
