Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once it's dispatched.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Delays
While we always aim for the estimated delivery windows above, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier volume, or weather events. These are outside our control, but we'll always work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building's front desk. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll file a claim and ship a replacement.
