Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Items damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or replacement
• Sale items and customized products are non-refundable

How to Request a Refund Email us at babazone.uae@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and issue
• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
